RMAN and DGBroker on separate servers
Hi!
We are setting up a Data Guard solution with primary database on a 2-node RAC, and physical standby database in a 2-node active/passive RAC.
To admin this architecture we are setting up a separate server with redundace to run Enterprise Manager Grid Control with Data Guard Broker
Are there any best practises considerations toward Maximum Availability Architecture if we want to set up yet another server for RMAN catalog repository, ore should it be running on the same management server as Grid Control?
We have several different Oracle databases on other servers, and would like to serve these in the same RMAN catalog repository.
