Need informations about parameter sqlstat_enabled and its impact

 Hi, Following update to 10.2.0.4  I have some performance pb.
when adding trace 10053 I see this parameter sqlstat_enabled who is set to true.
i don't find infomations about this parameter.
Can somebody help me?
