Subscribing/unsubscribing to discussions

 I recently found a discussion "connect / as sysdba doesn't connect" that I wanted to track and get email updates when replies are posted.  So in the upper left-hand corner I subscribed to the discussion.  I started receiving email alerts as expected.  Questions:

1.  Since I did not create the discussion, it does not show up under "My discussions".  So how do I go back and find the discussion in Communities?  Other than searching for the discussion title, I can't seem to find an easy way to find it.  It would be nice to have another section "My subscribed discussions".

2.  Now that I am finished tracking the discussion, how do I unsubcribe from the discussion so that I no longer receive email alerts.
