Counters for Service Item

 I have been trying to setup a contract with a service line and a usage line, but i am unable to get any values in the Usage subline in subtab effectivity in the field Name. I have tried to setup counter groups, yet unable to find anything appearing on the LOV.

I have not created any serviceable items as we would not be holding any such items.

Any details on this would be appreciated. I suppose the solution does not require something to be done on Install Base.
