Restricting certain user to update Min Max Levels

  Hello,

 

I only want to allow one user to change the values of the min and max levels of an inventory item. Does anyone know how i can do this. I am talking about a Navigation of Ivnetory > Itemms > Organization Items . Query and item . Then click tools > Item Subinventories. I want to be able to restrict the changing of these values to 1 user.
