Upgrade for IFRS

 IFRS  and Push for Upgrade

A prospective client is using One World XE. The client is contemplating to adopt IFRS. Should the client be recommended to ugprade from XE to E1 9.0 to meet IFRS framework? or these are two independent decisions.
