Mobile Supply Chain App (MSCA): Customizing Misc Issues/Receipts forms

We are looking for some guidance (pros, cons, difficulty etc.) on customizing the "Miscellaneous Issue/receipt" mobile forms (MSCA). Our requirement is to capture two data elements when performing the "Misc Issue/receipt" transaction using mobile hand held. Presently Oracle does not have any way to personalize "Misc Issue/Receipt" forms.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
