How to search for my old service requests

 I'm trying to search for my old service requests created over 6 months ago.  None of the filters or "Actions" drop-down within the metalink home page has anyway of doing it.  It used to be available in Classic metalink.  Unfortunately, I don't have the SR number.

Does anybody know how to search for my old service requests within the Flash version?
