Procurement Contracts - Can I upload Clauses from Excel?

 All of my contract clauses are currently in Microsoft Word format. Is there a way to easily upload these to the Contract Terms Library from an Excel document, or a word document? If not, can someone please provide insight on Import using XML? Is the XML upload document easy to create? thanks.
