I'm using a centrale catalog in EM Grid 10g. 10.2.0.3.0 

Rman target rmandba@emrep
Rman connect target .


RMAN> report obsolete;

RMAN retention policy will be applied to the command
RMAN retention policy is set to recovery window of 14 days
