Unable to save markup's

 I have a user with the default roles Viewer markup for all, Design Engineer assigned. If I try to mark up the file from the file tab of the design, I am unable to save the markup. Are there additional priviliges that needs to be enabled?

Agile - 9224 Build 29 on Linux x86, RHEL 4

Autovue - 19.3.2
