Upgrading Oracle Sales & Marketing (OSM) module from Oracle-11.0.2 to R12

Hi All,

We have a requirement for upgrading Oracle Sales & Marketing (OSM) module from 11.0.2 to latest R12 version. Is there anybody has done similar project and let us know which is the correct module which will be replacing the 11.0.2 OSM in R12. Somebody suggested us to implement Field Sales from R12-CRM but I don't see FIELD SALES in Oracle R12 documentation (only ORACLE TELE SALES & ORACLE SALES is available in R12) but FIELD SALES is available only in 11.5.10.

Can anybody give us your inputs or refer some documents who has done or has knowledge on the OSM upgrade to R12 which will be a great help for us.
