BIP Bursting to a Printer and filesystem EBS 11.5.10.2 and BIP 5.6.3 " ?

 We are trying to print check from Payables through bursting the check copy to a check printer and bursting a copy to the file system. The check copy of going to the filesystem but no copy is being send to the check printer. The bursting program is not giving any kind of error.

Below is the bursting control file.
