Change MOU

Hello ,

 We are on 11i and  we have two companies A and B in our env.  From Inventory ponit of view we have two MOUs. say AA and BB

 All the responsibilities of Company B are assigned the MOU as BB and all responsibilities of Company A have been assigned the MOU as AA

Now  company B has been accquired by COmpany A.

 So is it necessary that we create new user reponsibilities for Company A for this accquired company or can we just go head and change the MOU for the existing reponsibilities from BB to AA?
