expdp takes too much time

Hi Everybody...

-

 I have a two nodes RAC database 10.2.0.4 on solaris 10, I perform datapump backups offline, they normally took 40 minutes, the database growth is minimal and lately they take 1 hour 20 minutes.

The only significant change I have registered is put the database in NO ARCHIVELOG MODE, does anybody have an iadea what could be happend.?
