ASCP Horizontal Plan user-defined row

 Hi, Have downloaded and followed the Oracle doc re how to set up the HP user defined row.   But it seems like the custom package "hook" is not working.   Can anyone point me to other materials/documents that I can refer to?

Also, is it msc_material_plans.quantity45 that holds the user-defined data?
