Page Access Tracking - How to restart JVM

Hi,

I need to configure and enable page access tracking in 11i.

I am following Note:278881.1 to get this done.

In that one of the steps say -

"To apply the configuration changes that you have made, restart all the JVMs that use or will use Page Access Tracking."

"To apply the configuration changes that you have made, restart all the JVMs that use or will use Page Access Tracking."

I'm ignorant about jvms and things like that. Could anyone advise what exactly this means? And how exactly do I restart the JVM?

Any help would be greatly aprpeciated.
