Available item in a subinventory is not shown in material workbench if this item on-hand quantity is

 Hi community,

My issue is that no item is listed on the material workbench of an item if its on-hand quantity is 0 in a sub-inventory.

Responsability Inventory

Navigate to On-hand , Availability => On-hand Quantity

Query an existing subinventory and item with on-hand quantity of zero

Result:

no rows listed on material workbench

Expected behavior:

existing subinventory and item listed displaying the item with on-hand quantity of zero

Question:

Is there someone who knows how to set it up (profile, function, etc...) to allow display that item with on-hand quantity of zero
