Difficulty getting in to Flash MOS

Over the last few days, getting in to the Flash version of My Oracle Support has been hit or miss (mainly miss).
I can get past the login screen, but most of the time only get a blank page after I log in.
I know that the login is successful, as if I then use an IE favourite I can get to the Community without having to log in again.

 
I can get into the html version, but cannot raise a non-technical SR about this as it is complaining that some information is missing but all *'ed fields are filled in.
