Oracle 10.2.0.1 is Beta3 is there a "production download"?

 I'm preparing to install Oracle 10.2.0.1 and then upgrade that to Oracle 10.2.0.4 with a patch.  I was looking through the Readme for the 10.2.0.1 and it says that it is Beta3.  Is this the "official production release" or is there an 10.2.0.1 install that was published after this?  I am unable to find anything past beta 3.  Thanks in advance.
