we recently migrated a database from 9i to 11g and facing a performance issue

 Hi .. we recently migrated a database  from 9i to 11g .We are using the  cognos reports for our reporting purpose.After the migration we noticed that some of our reports taking around 20 minitues compare to 1 minitues in 91 environment.Could you please let us know what could be the reason.
