Hello everybody,

I have a short and simple question.
I am having some problems with generating an acceptable forecast with Demantra 7.2.0.2 it seems that the AE is Averageing the sales history and generates a forecast that appears in the Graph like a straight line and as value very close to the average of the sales series.

My question is: is there a param that controls that ? if not what do you think is the problem.
