Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

we are converting POs from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10, there are few POs stuck with the error.

Error: UNIT_OF_MEASURE (VALUE=Meter) specified is inactive or invalid for item_id (VALUE=2962597)..

any help is appreciated.
