Patchset 10.2.0.4 for XE - is it possible?

Hallo, i have an error by start database on Win32 Oracle XE 10.2.0.1 ([kcrfr_resize2]), that was solved with patchset 10.2.0.4. But Oracle has such version only for "normal" database editons, not for XE. Is it possible to execute this patchset for XE too?
