RVTII-060: Subroutine INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned error

  Hi, Thanks alot to the community for help and guidance.

1)In 'Transaction status summary' under Transactions (Receiving), the following error occurred.  In some cases, Material Transaction are created in MTL_MATERIL_TRANSACTIONS, whereas in others, there is no MTL_Transactions. Both lines are present in this form with same error message.

2) An SR with Oracle Support is created. The support engineer gave action plan to enable some 'profile' options and create a debug file. That we are going to do. As the error can not be produced / re-produced at will. Therefore, it may never appear with the user, we enabled for debug file.
