Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How do you produce 3 across labels (Avery 7159 ) using BI Publisher?

I've generated the XMLoutput file. but I can't see how to set up the rtf file?
