Dunning Letter Sets for multiple departments

Hello All,
      We have customized our dunning letter set for billings and collections and now another department needs a new set of dunning letters for their customers which will completely different from our customized report but i will be similar to the oracle seeded dunning report..  Is there a way can we use them both..  Please advice..  Any help would be appreciated..
