Accounting flexfield could not be validated-Error

 I have created a new account in GL with all appropriate flags enabled,when entering a transaction in Projects and running the PRC interface process it says "Accounting flexfield could not be validated".

The account is valid in GL, able to post a journal line to that account.

When I enable the Dynamic insertion on I am able to interface, if I disabled it not able to interface the line tyo GL.

Any suggsetion why this is happening..
