Previous periods balance not showing in current period worksheet
We are stuck with an issue in OIC.
For one sales rep, there was a bonus of 750 $ in the OCT period which was not paid. However, this is not showing in the current months worksheet and hence was not paid the balance in NOV-09 period. Could someone please explain why the balance is not showing in current months worksheet?
When we run the earnings summary report the balce is showing, but the same is not available on worksheet.
Any help on this is highly appreciated.
