Inventory Miscelaneous Transaction Project related

We are implementing EBS and we are facing some problems related with the following points/doubts:

1-The expenditure type that is populated in PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL, when Material Cost Collection Worker processes to insert records into the PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL, with the profile  INV: Project Miscellaneous transaction set to "User Entry", the expenditure type that is inserted is the one that we defined in the  "Associate Expenditure Types with Cost elements" and not the one that we entered in Inventory transaction. How can we transfer the same expenditure type from inventory to projects? (Note: We have PJM installed)
