completing failed migration from 2 to 3 node install

 We are migrating our current 2 node installation [db, reports, concurrent manager on node 1 and apache/forms on node 2] to

a three node install (all new servers) [db: also to be upgraded to 10G] -- [concurrent/reports] and [apache/forms].  we almost had it all done, we shut down

the source for the weekend,  the three new nodes were created and right in the middle of upgrading our db from 9i to 10G a

network backup job crashed the db server.  for now we went back to our fall-back, the original 2 node install, we was back into production for this week
