Installing oracle 10R2 client 64 bits on windows 7 64bits.

Hi,

    Trying to install oracle 10R2 client  64 bit on windows 7  64 bits but giving access permission to registry error and user have admin privillage on that PC try to change compatibility in properties of setup.exe to windows vista with sp2 and sp1,windows vista is default and by clicking as run administrator.bu nothing can anyone help me plz.
