shipping Transactions form

 Hi A sales order with 5 lines has been shipped correctly. But line #2&3 does not have any delivery number populated on the form. I have checked the table WSH_DLVD_DLVY_V for this particular order and noticed that the 'Delivery_id' is populated but not the 'Name'. Can any one tell me why this could have happened and how to remedy.
