HRMS fast path to assignment form by assignment number

Does anyone know if it's possible to go directly to an employee's assignment screen based on the assignment number rather than looking up by employee number and then manually selecting the correct assignment number?

I'm trying to use dataloader to make some updates to particular assignment numbers and can't figure out how to get directly to the assignment number I want or how to have dataloader pick the correct assignment number.
