How to ensure that PO qty is less than or equal to PR qty with +/- 5 % tolerance?

 Hi All,

We have a requiement of controlling the PO quantity to be around Requisition qty (with +/- 5% tolerance). I have checked the Purchasing options and didnot find any option there for this.

Pls help to meet the above.
