Oracle Instance Crashes without any logs or traces

 Hello ,

We are running Oracle 9.2.0.6 database on Windows 2003 Server Service pack 2 and twice during the last week my db crashed without any error in the alert log or producing any trace or core anywhere.

Only the Event Viewer reports the message :The oracle service terminated unexpectedly event :7034 .

any help /clue would be much appreciated
