HFM 9.3.1.0 Error in updating Metadata structure

Adding a new node into Custom 2 (Profit cneter structure) and get a error 800456C8 "You can't make  base members in account/custom dimension become parent member unless you clear metadata first" error.  But node in error message was a parent before, and is still a parent. Plus new node moved about 25 and this only one in error message. Can not find recomendataion on how to fix/proceed. Same change in customer 1 got no error.
