Enterprise configuration wizard is crashing on Linux box

I’m executing the Configure a new Enterprise in a Gateway Nameserver Server step for Siebel 8.1.1 SIA [21111], but the configuration wizard consistenly crashes on my Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 machine.

I have been able to install Siebel 8.1.1 SIA on another similar box with Windows 2003. Is there anything wrong with Linux machines?
