Not able to update the components attribute of BOM in product workbench

prouduct :R12.10.4

 i open a Root-primary strucutre (MBOM) of a item,

then i change the value of the component attribute ,

such as "component Details"-"quantity",

then i save,

but it told me "failure",without any other information.

why ?
