Transfer Attachment Notes to Order Management?

 Hello everyone, does anyone know how to transfer attachment from Service Request to Order Management? Currently we have to update/create attachment on our Service Request per customer and after we book an order thru submit charges or depot repair, we have to manually create the same attachment on the Sales Order.  Thanks.
