Post Install Checks fail

Dear All,
I have installed E Business Suite 11.5.10 Cu 2 on Oracle Linux Enterprise 5 and got error message at the end of installation.

Post Install Checks is failed.
---DBC FIle Check
---JSP Check
---HTTP CHeck
---PHP Check.

Could somebody give me advise to solve this issue?
I have followed the Note 747424.1 on metalink but also still got the same issue after retry the rapidwiz.
