Provisioning to Tru64 host?

Has anyone been able to install a 10.2.0.4 Agent (or any grid control agent) onto a Tru64 host system?

I've tried pushing it from Grid Control and downloading the .zip file then running OUI.  Neither works.

I've had an SR open for a couple of months.  It's been turned over to the Development team, but it doesn't seem to be generating much interest from them.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
