Pricing and Availability Window 11.5.10

Hi,
I would like to ask you guru's out their.. I need basically a window or webpage where someone from our branch is just going to VIEW a specific pricelist.. for example one of our branches would just view SRP pricelist once login the only pricelist that is available to the responsibility is SRP. or another option would be using Pricing and Availability window but still the pricelist is permanent to this specific responsibility.

Is there anything available for this functionality?
