Distribution account reverts back when manual entry using shift+F5

 User copies using F6 then changes a segment in the distribution screen APXINWKB then tabs to next field (or tries to save) the segment changed reverts back to the original line copied.  MetaLink has several mentions of the issue but no patch or bug is listed.
