Tax Rate Updates

Hi-

It is my understanding that Oracle does not provide a service/support to update state tax deprn rates, ceilings, etc.  on a regular/annual basis.  I was wondering if anyone is aware of a third party vendor that had such a tool.   Is the only option to manually manage these changes?  We are receiving a lot of 'push back' from the Tax Department regarding this issue.   They have experience with FAS fixed asset software, which provides annual updates...and are recommending that we upload an Oracle Assets file into FAS to manage tx deprn.   This is not our preferred solution, we were interested if others have
