Question about HR Example in Oracle Database Security Guide

Am hoping this is the correct forum for this question. Am trying to follow the HR example near the end of Chapter 6 of the 11g Oracle Database Security Guide. The example starts at figure 6-1 Location of Application Context in LDAP Directory Information Tree.

In step 2, Create and add new entries in the LDAP directory there a reference to an object_class that I don't have, orclDBApplicationContext.

dn: cn=Manager,cn=Title,cn=hr, cn=OracleDBAppContext,cn=example,cn=OracleDBSecurity,cn=Products,cn=OracleContext,ou=Americas,o=oracle,c=US
cn: Manager
