Spatial Index rebuild error.

 Hi

I am trying to rebuild below index  and getting error, Can anyone suggest some workaround for this.

alter index topographicarea_spind rebuild partition P1

ORA-29858: error occurred in the execution of ODCIINDEXALTER routine
ORA-29400: data cartridge error
ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-13249: internal error in Spatial index: [mdidxrbd]
