New Implementation
Recently hired to lead implementation of iProcurement in distributed company of 30,000-40,000 employees. All potential users. I have several questions and would appreciate some input on any of them.
1) Any good info regarding size of the team to drive the process improvement and implementation? Timeline/milestones?
2) What training/materials do you need to become an iProcurement technical guru?
3) Any disadvantages to using Oracle.Exchange with your implementation? How do find out what suppliers are registered with them?
4) TIps on populating the stores/catalogs as quickly as possible?
5) What are considered the best features?
6) Good resources available?
7) Where do I find a iProcurement contractor?
