Couldnt logon into Oracle

Dear All, I have faced a problem that 
One of My Server Machine (HP , ML350 G, intel xeon Processor, Win 2003 server O/s)  installed Oracle 10g server....
and In this machine my application is running, but after some times  Oracle hangs.... it is not allowing to Logon into database instance.... and when we tried to login through sqlplus with local user, system user, sys user but it hangs and no errors are shown at that time..we waited for some time after that we have restarted Oracle Service then again it was  allowing to login into Oracle.....
after some time it was hanged once again.....
