'Certifications' tab not fetching any information

'Certifications' tab of support.oracle.com is not fetching any information for me. For ex. I am searching for the status of 11gR2 Database RAC on hp-ux B11.23.

In old metalink it was easy to check the Certification Matrix, even it was possible to search platform-wise. Is there any doc which says how to use new 'Certification' tab?
